I wasn't receiving my mail for 2 months. I contacted the post office 3 times and was told my mail carrier is delivering it. I finally visited this site and they asked if I put a hold on my mail, which I did not. They informed me that my mail carrier said my mailbox was full, which it never is, and stopped delivering. I was late on bills and wasn't receiving anything from amazon that I ordered. Amazon said my packages were being held by the post office. They were not. I eventually was told my mail would start arriving in a week. For the last month I've gotten mail one day, and my online orders are still missing. This has to be the biggest joke of a postal system I've ever dealt with

Erin Kelly is, hands down, the laziest supervisor I have ever come into contact with. No wonder this facility is the way it is. Do your job or be adult enough to step aside so someone else can do it for you.

Had a note on my door saying I had to sign for a 1st class letter. Went to the office and asked for it. Said they didnt have it maybe it was out with the mail....been 3 weeks.

My mailman will only come to my apt if I have mail to be delivered. Sometimes I’m mailing cards and they don’t get picked up because I have no incoming mail that day!! ITS MY MAILMAN’S JOB TO CHECK MY MAILBOX

They delivered my package to wrong house and did nothing to fix it. Mistakes happen but they should have done something atleast.
