I've been here at least ten times in the last year. Each time, everyone has been very helpful and friendly. I especially value all of the advice and Q&A they have helped me with as I have built my first retaining wall and paver patio area. You can read a ton online about how to build things, but the staff at Dragons have made it even easier to understand the process and details to follow
I'm disappointed in the service at this location. I called yesterday to see if they had stock of caps to finish off my wall.nThe lady that answered the phone said they did not and did not even wait a few seconds before telling me the other location was outnnI went to the other location and they called the Rochester Rd. Location and they did have two pallets full of the caps I needed after all.nnAfter I purchased the caps the forklift came and dropped them off at my truck and drove away. They must have been watching me in camera as once I had my purchased quantity they came and picked the pallet upnI was used to the Evergreen location as they load your truck for you.nnWhat a difference in staff.
