Be careful with the people in admissions. They clearly have quotas to meet and probably make commission.nnThey were somewhat aggressive in trying to get me to sign up right away (especially for dental), but seemed very nice until I had a scheduling conflict. As soon as I made a comment about signing up for the NEXT program start date and not the upcoming one, the admissions department initially seemed to lose all interest in me. When I finally got someone back on the phone they continued pushing me to come in as soon as possible to signup again (quota?).nnAlso, even though everything is being done online and over the phone now, PCI will ONLY do anything and everything in person. Since I don’t live in the city, that was a real inconvenience. Going down every day on a schedule for the actual program is one thing, but they wanted me to go in 3 different times BEFORE the program would even start. They need to understand that time is either money or education.nnOverall, the school seemed like a nice place to learn. Just do your own research and don’t let the admissions department pressure you into doing anything.

This school is awesome. They prioritize the students and are willing to do anything to help you, if you aren’t ready for a fast paced learning experience, it’s not for you. The programs are fast and you have to learn a lot at a time in a short time frame, prepares you for your future career. Admissions staff is great and so are the teachers!

It hasn't been a year since I was searching for new careers/schools, and making the choice to enroll here will never be anything I regret. Ernie and the admissions team, President Yakshe, the educational staff, and even security and upkeep are dedicated to keep you motivated and with a job by the end of your time. Thank you so much.

I have been attending Pittsburgh Career Institute for about 9 months now and it has been a very rewarding experience. I am enrolled in the vet tech program. From the very first day, at orientation, I felt fully welcomed and liked by the entire staff. We have an amazing group of instructors that truly care about seeing you succeed, but, you have to put the effort in. It is an extremely fast paced and overwhelming program...but if it is a career you are truly invested in, you make it work. I am always greeted by name and with a smile, no matter who the staff member might be. I’m very grateful to be getting my education here.

I absolutely love this place. From the moment I step foot into this school I was greeted but so many smiling faces. Instructors are very helpful and the learning experience is one of a kind. Highly recommended!
