I have got stuff at piercing pagoda for years now. But the customer service at south hills village has been by far the best experience i have had. They always have a smile on their face and are very friendly. I normally deal only with Samantha who treats me like a rockstar. She actually just cleaned all my earrings that i have purchased from her. Thanks again Samantha and south hills village piercing pagoda for always being great!

Make sure you ask for Samantha Mance. By far the best salesperson there. She knows her jewelry! Great attitude as well. Very highly recommended.
