Love this Francesca’s! They have a great selection of stylish dresses, blouses, bottoms, purses, hair accessories, jewelry, and shoes. This is one of the first places I go when I need to buy a gift for a friend or family member. There are all sorts of trinkets and fun things to look at and purchase. There’s perfume, candles, a few baby items, books, and so much more. Every time I’ve been in this store, I’ve always been greeted by a friendly staff member who was willing to help, say what was on sale, and was generally very welcoming and kind!

I visit this Francesca’s location fairly often. The employees are very nice 99% of the time and the store is always kept tidy. The only time I had a less than pleasant experience was last summer when the only sales associate in the store was on the phone the entire time. I’ve been in multiple times since, however, and they’ve been very kind and chat with the customers as the shop. The last time I visited was 6 days ago and each associate asked me my name and talked to my two sons as I shopped for earrings.

I went to return something today that I bought online a week or two ago and I got to the front of the store and I saw that it wasn’t opened yet and I was a little confused on why it wasn’t opened yet and I asked someone from a store that I went into and they said that all the stores open up at 10am and the website clearly says that the store opened at 10am. So I decided I would go to a different store while I waited to see if the store would open and after I was done going to a couple different stores I thought I would go back and check to see if it was open and it wasn’t and I wanted to return my item that I bought online before I had to go to work and I couldn’t because it wasn’t open. So now I have to come back hopefully sometime this weekend or in the next couple of days to see if I can return what I bought.
