Had a great experience with the sales associate. She was very knowledgeable but wasn’t pushy in the least. Also having a sales person that gives an actual honest opinion is awesome, usually you get the auto response of “oh it looks great”. My associate helped me find something that fit my style which helped me make a purchase. Prices are not a rip off either, like some bigger jewelry stores. I will absolutely be back!

I love the warranty they give on rings, but i had to travel over an hour to get there for my 6th month cleaning. When I got there (after i had to go through busy Pittsburgh) they told me if i was over an hour out there was something with the warranty that I didn't have to go that far. It was the last time I needed it cleaned before I moved, so I said oh well
