My boyfriend's dog broke the piece that my necklace clasps into. They allowed me to drop it off without an appointment and had it done in less than a week. It was cheaper than I expected and polishing that necklace was included (but unexpected!). I was pleased that they took good care of my necklace since it's my grandmother's who passed away last year.nnWould definitely take another piece of jewelery here again :)

Went to South Hills Jewelers today after being treated awful at another local jewelry shop. They were kind accommodating and helped my fiancé and I pick out great wedding bands. South Hills Jewelers helped my fiance pick out a beautiful engagement ring. We moved to Florida and I recently discovered that a small diamond fell out of my ring. I had a trip planned to Pittsburgh and stopped in to South Hills Jewelers while I was there and the staff there was extremely kind and helpful.
