Wow Ely Bello..... I wonder what their side of the story would be ? Because honestly you sound like a bitter child like woman who didn't get her way! I have been in this same store and shopped and your tale couldn't be any further from the truth. It's really sad that people can go on these sites and ridicule businesses like this and could possibly ruin business for them. Like I said I have been in this same store and it was a very nice and the people who worked there were very friendly and seemed to know what they were talking about. I would recommend this store to anyone I have found some good buys here!!

This was the worst company I have ever tried to do business with. I went in to get my engagement ring appraised, which they said they did within the week. Three months later, I still don't have the appraisal paperwork, and they informed me via BBB Complaint that they do not intend to give me the appraisal paperwork at all!!

Quick and affordable to fix my watch. Though I haven't purchased anything yet they have a pretty good selection and the guys are helpful and knowledgeable.
