My husband and I highly recommend Floor Designs. They installed both hardwood and carpeting on two separate occasions. We have had the hardwood for three years and it looks brand new. It has held up in spite of a dog, a cat, and construction workers on a different house project who were not the most careful people.nOver the course of the two purchases, we have gotten to know Peggy in the office and Sarah in the showroom. Both have been great to deal with each time. Sarah spent a lot of time with us to find just the right product and had great suggestions. She was very patient and professional.nThe installers we had both times were also very efficient and professional.nWe highly recommend this company.

Never go here. We loved Sara as a salesperson. She encouraged to by vinyl tile floor. It was going to be great with our five children and traffic. Before we even moved in the floor was scratching all over the place. We let the company know. Jason their customer care service provider could care less. We complained and complained and they offered us two free boxes to fix some of our horrible flooring. Well the two free boxes were completely broken. Only six of the eighteen planks were even usable. What a waste of time and money!

Floor Designs Unlimited has a beautiful showroom that offers a large selection of quality products to choose from. The carpet is absolutely beautiful and the installers did an outstanding job on the installation. I am very pleased with the quality of the carpet and installation. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish! I highly recommend Floor Designs Unlimited for their professional service, beautiful selection, and quality workmanship!

The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead 1 is that I liked our sales person. After picking up my order I called to ask a question about grout. No return call. I called a few days later to see how long it would take to order more mastic as there wasn't enough. No return call. I found it elsewhere. Again a few days later I called to order more mosaic because I was considering changing my design. No return call. My last call was to ask if I could return an UNopened bag of grout. They ordered too much. They said no. Once they have your money the customer service is gone. Spend your money elsewhere
