7-Eleven

I have been going to this 7 eleven for the past 3 years and never a problem. Tonight I walk in and a I hear someone behind the counter saying “I can’t find my Newport’s” I stand there thinking maybe she didn’t notice me or she would be over than she places her large purse on the counter where a customer would place their things and starts rummaging through her purse to look for her Newport’s like I wasn’t even standing their. She then said i had to wait a minute. I then advised her I was in a rush she again advised me I would have to wait, I replied while you look for your cigarettes and she replied yes. She said you just don’t understand I have creamer all over me, I said and that sounds like a job dutie to me, that has nothing to do with the customer. She than advised me she did have a job dutie and the right to refuse waiting on me and refused to wait on me. However the other clerk waited on me and than when I asked the other rep for a pin to write down the rude reps name she said smartly I’ll write it down for you, which she did and her name was Toryn, This is by far thee worst customer service I have ever experienced. I probably have spent more money in the store that the rude rep. I honestly believe the girl was having withdrawals from more than a cigarette. The manager needs to seriously review his staff and if they’re treating his customers like this I can see why he has such a low rating.

The one guy who works here is very rude. I’m not sure of his name but every time I come in to get a drink or something he gives me an attitude for no reason.

Not bad but a few things to note: one broken pump, somewhat slow service, gas pump kicks early, and no windshield squeegees
