Excellent, honest shop. Friendly owner and staff. Have been going there for years. I would highly recommend this shop, you will never get ripped off, like other shops.
One of the only places in the Pittsburgh area I trust with my car and my wallet. This shop is no-nonsense, honest, and fair with their prices. I've always had issues with mechanics giving me the runaround and charging me more than they would a male family member, so a trustworthy mechanic is very important to me. There's only 2 shops if take my car to in the area, here and Walter's in town. I've taken my car here for many issues, from engine issues to replacing a side view mirror. They've always made me feel comfortable and everything was done well, for a good price, and a timely manner.
Very rude and unprofessional mechanic who in essence said he did not want to do business with me since I had my auto mechanic look at my car for a heating problem and who ruled out certain causes. I went to this shop and told Mt. Lebanon mechanic whom I had an appointment tomorrow that my mechanic ruled a possible cause but had no time to do work till 4 days from now.nHe was offended and refused to do work. He cancelled my appointment I had made even though the car still needs repair.nHe was rude and abusive and obviously does not want my $ nor a good review.
