After living in Dorchester Towers for 6 years the property manager was suing for 1425.00 dollars. It want like this..nKitchen counter 400.00nKitchen vinyl 350.00nCarpet replacement 800.00nPrimer Apt. 175.00.nTotal 1725.00n-$ 300 security depositnAmount suing was 1425.00nHe did rule 400.00 kitchen counternHe cut me a break on the vinyl flooring due to it was the dishwasher seal want bad and poured water on to my red rug, which made it bleed red. He ruled 200 to property manager. Carpet he ruled it was over 6 years old and probably not new when I moved in. He gave the property manager 400.00 Primer he ruled 100.00. Also he ruled for me to receive 100 dollars back from my pet deposit.nI ended up paying 1089.00 to the property manager....court cost were 109.00 can someone please tell me how this was the right amount..nNice guy thou! I believe he tried to be fair in his ruling. I just don't know about his math skills. If anyone can help me understand this math can you please explain.nnI
