Pittsburgh Trolley Works

Similar to the bride before me but I didn’t even get in contact with a secretary. I tried calling / emailing / messaging them with no response over the last month... really disappointing.

I hope other brides have better luck than I did. This company's lack of response has me wondering if they are still in business, or will be this time next year. I have been trying to reserve a trolley since March. In that time I have emailed, called, and left messages and have gotten nowhere. I even spoke to a secretary who assured me my call would be returned by the sales team in 24-48 hours, but was never contacted. It's now almost November. My fiance and I are so disappointed but had to move on to another transportation company. Again, I hope other brides have better luck.

We rented a trolley for our wedding transportation. We received a beautiful white trolley that was very roomy and clean. The driver was on time and very courteous. We arrived at both our ceremony and reception on time and with no problems. It was a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend them to use for a wedding!
