Very friendly staff apartments are always clean and maintain very well

I guess this place is okay if you’re starting out living on your own (or hopefully with someone else due to high rent costs). Management/landlord is extremely rude any time you contact them with an issue. Attempted to report another tenant who has about 8 or 9 cats (when I wanted to adopt one) and they gave me attitude stating that they could not change the tenant’s lease agreement from past landlords. Rent goes up every year with nothing to offer or see for it. Washer and dryer constantly out of order due to flooding if it rains the the smallest bit. Landlord claims having the washer and dryer is a luxury when it is written in our lease as an amenity. Highly would NOT recommend moving here unless it’s a last resort.

Very personable and friendly people. Ots self run by the owner. Property is well kept and modern. Def recommend
