I needed to transfer the title and registration of an unusual vehicle I bought in Ohio. I am also a Notary, but I do not do PennDOT work, plus I cannot notarize my own signature, so I found McCarrell's on the web. I called ahead to make sure I had the right documents and I spoke with Ken who told me everything I'd need as well as the cost. He was patient with the situation and my questions. I went two days later and met with a different employee who went over everything I had and was extremely helpful. Within 15 minutes I walked out with a PA plate and registration. The fees were inexpensive especially considering the quality of the service. I will certainly recommend them to my clients and customers.
Super helpful and the service fees are much cheaper than the other places I was looking at in and around Pittsburgh. I needed to register a car I bought out of state and tried multiple other places that didn't understand how to handle my situation, but Joe at McCarrell's was super knowledgable and took care of everything quickly and easily!
Joe is definitely the guy to go to for all of your insurance and notary needs. He's professional, knowledgeable, and polite.
I don’t know what happened with all these people who gave the 1 star reviews, but I had excellent service here. I had my license plate stolen and i called the gentleman at 6:40 and arrived at 7 pm as they were closing. Was able to get new plates and registration no problem. Quick and efficient and he didn’t mind staying open a few minutes late to get the job done for me. Would recommend
I bought a truck early Saturday morning and Ken made the transaction quick and painless. He was polite, the place was clean and we were in and out in a timely fashion. Highly recommended!
