Listen everyone this judge is straight up. He goes by the rules p. If you got a contract he goes by the contract, and listens to you and runs a clean court. He’s no nonsense judge, very professional not mean and his staff is very nice. He’s actually a lawyer and he is a head judge for all the magistrates they take lessons from him, so you know this guy knows what he’s doing. I wish all the other magistrates will go by the evidence on the law like he does. It doesn’t even matter That we were not in his district, he still sided for us against one of his constituents because he knew we were right. Great judge, great staff very polite.

Poor magistrate lacking in any understanding of United States jurisprudence in regards to the burden of proof. You will not get a fair hearing here. The police don't even need evidence for you to be found guilty. Make sure you appeal any decision this guy makes to a real judge downtown. They throw his decisions in the trash can.
