The receptionist Betty is the reason I canceled my triple A membership that I’ve had for 15 years. Terribly rude woman who won’t let you get a word in. Not only was she rude but she also gave me incorrect information which ended up costing me time and money. The regular DMV was cheaper and way easier. Also faster. I will never understand why Betty was so rude to me and the other customers. We were nothing but kind to her.

Fast and easy service. I needed another registration card and they did the paperwork and I paid and was out the door!

Great place to get help to plan your travel get your driver picture taking the staff is very friendly and helpful

Betty was incredibly flippant and facetious. For no reason at all. In fact, another customer walked into the waiting area complaining loudly about Betty so at least we were able to bond over our mutual feelings of being disrespected. If you have to come here plan on going in with your wits about you. You’ll have to ask a bunch of questions over and over to even attempt to get anything done. Betty will interrupt you with another question as you are trying to answer the question she just asked. It was just bizarre both times I’ve been here in the past week. Will *not* come back to this location for my PA state license needs.
