The two women working were not friendly and did not speak politely at all. Would highly recommend going to another store.

Lousy customer! That old lady there was very rude & standoffish. I had to return a ring & explain the reason & she totally like she wasn't listening. I will never again shop at a Kay's jewelers!

I always enjoy shopping there. The sales people are kind and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable, and my wife always like what I bring home.
