My sisters and I brought the jacket my Mother wore with her wedding dress to your jewelry store in Caste Village - Wedding 1933. The jacket had crystal buttons. We requested that your jewelers in Caste Village make earrings and necklaces for the 4 sisters. Everyone of us was thrilled with the design of the necklaces (3 buttons per necklace) and a pair of earrings for us. Thank you so much for the design and care you took. We all are extremely grateful! I had to have a cross repaired that I have owned for over 25 plus years on a necklace that was a graduation gift. I cannot begin to describe the kindness I experienced today. I went to the store to have my deceased father's military ID bracelet and dog tags looked at to see if they could be cleaned. They are from the Korean War and very tarnished. This gentleman went out of his way to make me comfortable and try to polish the items. They ended up shining as if they had been issued that day and my eyes welled up with tears. When I reached for my wallet, he refused payment. It was the most human thing that has happened to me in years and I said that I would go straight there if I hopefully need an engagement ring someday. If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would. Wonderful, wonderful place that I will not only return to, but that I will never forget. Thank you, sir, your grace has restored my faith in people.
