Not a great experience. They technically completed the repair job, but I’ll be paying someone else to correct it. They calmly argued with me and denied that the repair was shoddy, which was obvious even to other people I showed it to. They also claimed to have no recollection of the repair even though it had only been a week. You get what you pay for, I suppose.

They are awesome! Love how they work with you and offer to accommodate ring sizings, adjustments and very fair on pricing! Excellent service and very personable! Recommend them highly
