We purchased replacement windows for our home through Metropolitan. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Justin and the office staff scheduled our estimate promptly and kept us apprised of the details and installation date. Jim and his crew arrived on time the day of the installation. They were professional, friendly and efficient. The crew put down floor protectors in all areas that they worked. They even offered to help us move back the furniture in the bedroom where we had windows replaced. They cleaned up very well after the job, and Jim made sure we understood how to open, lock and take windows out for cleaning. Maggie followed up after the job to ensure that we were satisfied with the work. This is truly a family owned business that takes pride in their work.nnWe love the look and functionality of our new windows! We would definitely recommend Metropolitan Window Company to friends and neighbors.

We couldn't be more pleased with our new Metropolitan Windows. The entire process from first contact with Maggie and continuing the sales process with Guy, our salesman, the final measurement with John and installation, was seamless. The installation team was professional, skilled and safe. They arrived promptly at the time I expected them and stayed on task to complete the job (13 windows) in hours rather than in days, which is what I was expecting. The final product is attractive and, I believe, adds value to our home. My wife and I have both commented that we have noticed a difference in the comfort level of the inside temperature of our home, which I attribute to the efficiency of the new windows. Again, we couldn't be more pleased.

My first Google review, as this is the first time a company really deserved it. Our experience with Metropolitan was nothing short of perfect. From the first visit to the end of installation they met and exceeded every expectation. Incredible crew, who was knowledgeable and professional. Perfect install and totally clean when completed. Quality of product is exceptional. I actually had to adjust my thermostat as it was too cold in the house due to the quality of the product. House is so quiet I can hardly hear the neighbors dog barking on Saturday and Sunday morning. Thank you, everyone at Metropolitan!

Metropolitan Window is a great family run business. They replaced most of the windows in my house and we are thrilled with the new look! The installers were very professional and took great care to make sure everything was cleaned up after they left the job site each day. I would highly recommend them.

The process from showroom to quote and measuring to final installation was very professional. The installation crew was thorough and cleaned up after they were finished with the window install. We had complete replacement and the Marvins look and work so good. John the owner was here twice and you knew the job would be done right the first time. Metropolitan followed up afterward to make sure were pleased and happy.
