I can't say enough good things about Community Flower Shop! Miranda takes the time to listen to your ideas and comes up with beautiful, creative designs! I've worked with the team on various weddings and the flowers are always such a wow factor at the events! They are willing to work within various budgets and are always quick to respond! In early March, I had a need to send flowers to a funeral home in memory of a very close family friend. I wanted something special. Since I am out of state, I couldn't stop in to select it myself, but instead depended on the photos on the website. I saw a lovely arrangement which I ordered. I asked a family member who was able to attend the funeral home visitation to send me a photograph. When I received it, though nice, it was not what I envisioned it to be, especially from viewing the photo. I called and spoke with the owner, who quickly looked into the matter. He checked with his driver, who said upon delivery and set up, the funeral director accidentally knocked over my arrangement and they had to put it back together. The owner was so apologetic and offered to immediately put together an arrangement and send it to the funeral home, for no charge. I was so grateful and pleased. THIS is the type of customer service I appreciate and the type of service that will make me a return customer. Thank you for your excellence in product and service.

I went to the shop the day before my mom's birthday to order her 1 dozen of yellow roses to be delivered to her house. Just want to say they were so beautiful!! They were the large roses and as the days went by, they opened up full and larger so lovely!! They were arranged beautifully so when she put them on the tv all the flowers were more up front so none were in the back where you wouldn't see them. Its day 4 of having them and they are still in full bloom. Would definitely order my flowers from there again and they were reasonably priced.
