Washington State Capital buildings are pretty impressive considering everything is marble and granite. It's massive, dark and foreboding. You enter the building and the walls swallow up the light. The corridors echo with every foot step and you get the feeling that something sinister lurks underfoot.nnThat sense of trepidation isn't imagined for within these walls the politicians and career bureaucrats scheme up ways to tax their constituents unfairly and without their consent.nnIf you plan on going to the capital for any reason, be sure to leave early as parking on campus is extremely limited and expensive to boot.
