Been going here for years, but just recently got a record player. Picked out about $220 worth of vinyl that were advertised as new. So far 3 of them have had issues and its not my record player because my records from Target and online play perfectly fine. I live in Colorado and took them home secured as my carry on item and cant return the skipping records.nnDisappointed in the quality and false advertising on their new packaged and high priced records that were clearly used and shouldnt have even been available for sale in the first place if they were in that shape.

I recently had a great experience at the Exchange in Dormont. I went in to take a look at their selection of older video games. The selection itself is pretty good but the service is even better. I ended up staying in the store for about an hour and a half and was regularly asked if I was finding everything I needed; everyone was eager to help. When I was finally ready to take all of the games I chose out of the display cases I was helped by an employee in training; she did a great job! I didn't even notice she was training until we got to the register where she was helped to ring me up by the manager, Ryan. He was very patient with her and did everything he could to make sure that I was happy. He even cut me a great deal on some obscure old accessories and games for the Nintendo Virtual Boy that are increasingly hard to come by. Overall I'm really happy with my visit and absolutely intend to return!
