TWICE I called them on the phone with an issue and they said they would be able to help me out in the store. BOTH of those times, I made the drive to the store and was automatically told that I could not be helped at all. So on two separate occasions, they gave me misinformation on the phone, made me drive all the way out to the store, and then didn't help me at all. Going to this bookstore was such a headache and it was because the workers clearly did not know what they were talking about. It's ridiculous.
Most of the staff is helpful/knowledgeable. Fran was cool, but I’m not sure if she works there anymore. I feel as if most staff members have no clue about what they’re selling/renting out to students. It’s lowkey awkward in there with a not-so-friendly disposition.
