Excellent artwork and customer service. They did a custom piece for my half sleeve which included covering old ink. Beautiful work. I have a couple more sessions in the chair, and I can't wait to go back!n2020 - I've been back several times, still highly recommend.

I don't have enough good things to say about this place! My whole experience was excellent, from my initial scheduling to my piercing and aftercare instructions.nThe whole facility is sparkling clean and well organized. The scheduling and appointment processing is efficiently run and all the employees are outstandingly professional, accommodating, and friendly. I had no wait time whatsoever and was made to feel welcome the moment I stepped in.nKatelin (my piercer) was incredibly knowledgeable and had an amazing bedside manner to help me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. (Which is important when you're about to be stabbed!) She took the time to walk me through the entire process (what each tool she was using was for, what the jewelry was made of, jewelry placement, piercing rejection risks, etc.). The actual piercing process itself went so smoothly thanks to her and I didn't experience any excess discomfort or bleeding whatsoever.nAfterwards, she was kind enough to check if I was feeling okay and then explained all the important aftercare details. It is clear she has her clients' health and safety as a top priority.nI would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who is interested in some new body art. I know I will be back myself for more piercings and to buy some jewelry. I can't thank the Alter Ego team enough for their professionalism, great value, and incredible experience getting pierced!

Kaitlyn pierced my daughters belly button today and she is absolutely amazing. She explained everything, asked if we had any questions and made sure we left knowing exactly how to care for the piercing. Kaitlyn is super friendly and down to earth and made my nervous daughter feel completely comfortable. Thanks so much Kaitlyn for being so amazing.

Went today for a nose piercing, quick, clean, and very easy! Everyone was very nice and professional. The piercer was amazing! She explain everything thoroughly and was super nice. Would recommend and go back!
