I have reached out for support with multiple issues in our newly constructed home. These include illegal parking on our private road and construction parking large trucks behind our laneways making it difficult to back in and out of our garage, consistent abuse of guest parking when we only have two guest spots and live in the city, and construction vehicles obstructing homeowner access to the point where FedEx and USPS mark our packages undeliverable and we can't get to our garages. We are unnecessarily paying for private trash hauler instead of using the city. This company only visits to tag cars when prompted and on delay and consistently defends construction needs over homeowners' rights. In response to my most recent note about a Mac truck blocking my driveway, I was met with an image of my own car parked on a city street (where I parked because I couldn't get into my garage) and a note asking me to mind the parking on that city street - a city street that I don't pay Fort Pitt to manage. This is the type of response you get when you ask for help from Fort Pitt.

Our townhouse complex was looking for a management company for several months in 2019. This company was recommended. We have been working with them for over 6 months and are very happy with their services. I highly recommend them.

We're very happy with Fort Pitt PM. We are out of state investors and have been working with Fort Pitt for almost 2 years. They have been reliable partners and not too dependent on us for resolving routine issues or decisions needed to keep the property rented and in good condition. The team is very responsive to our questions and feel confident that they keep our best interests in mind.

Have been getting harassed fromnBrian Shirey since ft Pitt management took over the townhouse community keeps threatening to put a lien against my property very unprofessional. How do you fine a person for parking when there are no signs? And it’s not even my vehicle? Tried calling and sorting out the problem/ explaining that the vehicle in question isn’t even mine, was very very rude and threatening. Very unhappy with this business that is serving our community, should be happy to help and work with any of us.
