My kids have gone here since they opened and I love it! Very nice and the kids always have fun activities. Nikki was excellent with calming down my shy baby when we first started.
my son has been going here for almost a year and I LOVE this daycare. They are very friendly and take wonderful care of my son. Highly recommend!! Wouldn’t trust anyone else!!!
After going through a few child care center’s in the area and having so many problems with them I was losing hope, than I found Mama Bears Child Care and I took a tour and I really liked what I saw a few days later my daughter started and she loved it we have been with them for over 2 years now and with the app I can monitor my daughter and see how’s she’s doing also they always communicate well and that’s a must I highly recommend using them for your child care needs
The owner and her daughters are very unprofessional. I called to resolve an issue and got nothing but bad attitudes and hung up on multiple times. When I asked to meet face to face to resolve the issue I was told the cops would be called if I stepped on the property. I settled a copayment dispute with them a year ago and they are trying to bring it back up out of the blue. I have an invoice and all to prove myself but they still refuse to talk about it or even acknowledge it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone just because the unprofessionalism of the owner and her daughter. My mother never spoke to me the way these women did and it’s sickening.
We setup appointment for 5:30 to get a tour. After 20 minute drive in heavy traffic we arrived on time but when we arrived there was one staff and she was not aware of our arrival, she called the owner and the owner claimed that there was no appointment. Seem like there is a miss communication issues between staff members. I will not consider this place or re schedule again. The person who was working at that time was very nice and polite. The management should do better job.
