Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh - Allegheny

Good selection of books. I enjoy to spend my time there but it is not much quiet. It is hard to focus on reading.nI like the children area, well maintained and clean. There are regular classes on weekly basis for kids and parents too which are very informative. Lot of stuff to keep the kids busy for hours. Staff is welcoming and very kind.

Thank God for the Carnegie Library on Northside's Federal Street!!!. My experience there have always been awesome, since it's initial official opening. This library prove to be a safe fortress of continued educational resources and definitely have a superb Staff who exude continued helpful intellect and sincere welcoming friendliness.

The library staff is wonderful and completely accommodating. We visit on a weekly basis and will continue to do so as long as our schedule permits. The children's area is clean and wonderfully engaging. So many things to do and keep the littles occupied for long stretches of time.

I’ve been to this CLP two or three times and the service is exactly like the one offered at the main branch in Oakland. Big library with thousands of items to be explored. In all of my visits I haven’t seen any discrimination by the staff or users of the space.
