Well not the best stock library staff was extremely friendly and they can get anything you need as long as you’re willing to wait a few days. The coolest part of the library is it architecture. It is a fine example of mid century modern. It’s also in a quiet part of town. There is only one bathroom for everyone, that’s probably the only negative this place has

Love the librarians here!!! They are always putting on activities for kids of all ages. My kids are very involved with the chess club. Great neighborhood library!

This is our favorite library, even though it's not closest. As we homeschool our children, we're at the library several times a week. Staff are always pleasant and knowledgeable. They have books, movies, video games, laptop computers, snacks/lunches, and activities for kids of all ages. They actually have parking that you don't have to pay for, which is not true of most branches of the Carnegie Library. Since you can easily request any book by phone, in person, or via the online form, I don't see a reason to go elsewhere if you live close to, or in the North Side of Pittsburgh.nn*edit: CLP now has unlimited renewals. So you can borrow a book and never fear not getting to it on time. There are also online rentals via the free app Overdrive

Great library, lot of stuff like computers, puzzles, train table and some other stuff there's lots of nice movies, tons of good books, there's even a summer reading program where you read books, mark them down, turn it in and get prizes then there's the same thing for adults and there's book clubs where you go there and you read books there is a nice park across the street there's a magnet board for kids it is a nice cozy neiborhood library and it's nice having a library a little far out and nice and helpful staff and free parking which not much Carnegie librarysud83dude0aud83dude00☺❤❤
