Fast-Fix

This is the third time that we have gone to Fast Fix. Each time the service has been excellent. They are very reasonably priced, honest about the work they do, and are very knowledgeable. They gave me advice on a watch that they could not actually service themselves. When we have dropped pieces off, they have always been timely and serviced the same day! We will definitely continue to utilize their services and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reputable jewelry/watch repair service.

Purchased 2 watch batteries with 5 yr. warranty in 2018. Both watches stopped keeping time in November 2020. Returned to Fast Fix in Ross Park Mall in December 2020. Batteries were replaced in less than 30 minutes and working perfectly. Thank you for a courteous and professional job.

I had an idea in mind for a Christmas gift I wanted engraved and Fast Fix did such a beautiful job on the watch I had engraved. It came out better than I could have imagined and it was done very fast as well! So happy with how it turned out and definitely will be back if I need anything else engraved!

Everyone was amazing who helped me and put a watch battery in, my wife was very happy. My wife did not think the watch worked anymore. This watch was her fathers that past a year and a half ago and it made her cry. That to all the watch specialists that made her happy.... thank you so much.

I rely on Fast Fix to keep my watches running....on time. The service is wonderful. I like that they give the amount of time it will take to have your item done. You can browse around in the mall then go back to get your item. No waiting weeks. You get a warranty that they will honor if you need it. Great!
