amazing staff!! they are so helpful and knowledgeable on the products they sell and the history of the brand. they go above and beyond for us customers including letting me know when they have sale events and if my dream bags are included. so warm and inviting! the manager David is a gem

Sales people are not friendly. Ignored customer the whole time while I was in store. When I walked out the store, I heard a male sales bursted into laughter. Didn’t feel comfortable when I was in this store. Not going to buy Coach at this store anymore.

You cant go wrong with coach.

Excellent customer service. I took two items in to get looked at for repair/cleaning. All employees were very kind and professional. They cleaned my bag for free and gave me a dustbag for it. Jamie was the sales associate I interacted with the most and I was very impressed with her.

I love them all! Everyone is so nice and helpful, and of course I'm always happy leaving with a Coach purse.
