So my wife and I bought my wedding ring 5 years ago at Kay's in Ross park Mall. She also purchased the life time protection plan so I could get it cleaned up as needed. Well, after only five years a large chunk of the inner gold band fell off. No big deal, I have the protection plan right? Wrong! They cannot fix my ring they have to make me a new one. So now I will never again have the ring that was given to me by my wife on my wedding day. I cannot express how sad this makes me. At my age, I have a lot of friends getting engaged and married and I have already told some of them this story. I am a sentimental person and these things matter especially when your selling something expected to have sentimental value. Because of this I am not at all likely to recommend Kay's Jewelers and very likely to recommend going else where.

We stopped in the store just to browse but I ended up purchasing a late mother's day gift for my mom. The clerk went above and beyond to make us happy. Evan, young black guy, I believe was his name is very professional and made sure our experience was memorable. Smart choice, hiring him! Thank you!

There a horrible business. There so rude and grimey. Feel like I’m talking to a car sales person. I got a warranty for a nice ring and my wife brought it back but because she didn’t bring it in every 6 months they can’t fix the missing diamonds. They never once told me that.

Me & My fiance went here with a week until our wedding day. We were very overwhelmed about getting our rings in time, Lisa was more then accommodating for us!! She was so kind so down to earth, and got us our rings within 3 days! Thanks for everything Lisa!!
