This store has a wonderful, helpful staff. Theresa and Tony are helpful, knowledgeable and kind. They make every visit special and I appreciate their attention to detail and ability to make you feel good about your purchase. They celebrate your happy occasions with you and make you want to return because they are honest and friendly. This is my favorite place at the mall!

My fiance and I went in looking for wedding bands. Sarah, on of the sales associates, was extremely helpful in showing us a variety of options for both of us. Absolutely no pressure to buy, but extremely informative. We will definitely be back.

Omgggg..went their today after having a horrific experience at Kay's Jewelers. OUR SALES REPS WERE AMAZING! Tony and Kay were so helpful, they calmed me down and sat and helped me find the perfect item I wanted. Ended up spending more there than we originally did at Kay's, bought another item and brought them two more sales the same day because they did a wonderful job. If you're in the Ross park mall definitely go here and avoid Kay's jewelers at all cost!! Thank you for being so extremely friendly and making our experience wonderful!

***Jewelry buyers beware***nnDo not purchase fine jewelry from here. We purchased a diamond ring from here and were SUPER mislead. We were never told you have to get your jewelry checked every 6 months or else your warranty is voided. I’ve had this ring for only a little over a year and the rhodium already needed repaired and a diamond fell out. When I needed to get it fixed we were told they would call us with a price since we did not bring it in for it’s “check-up” and never received a call. When taking these issues up with the manager all we got were excuses as we were told that “men don’t listen when they tell them about that 6 month check up rule” and that “they have three new employees” so that’s why we didn’t get a call. To make it even better the diamond that was replaced is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CLARITY which makes it visibly darker on the ring and we were told we would NOT be getting our money back ($70) even though they made the mistake and we would have to drive the 30 minutes back again.nnDo not go here. Go somewhere else where they will actually help and listen to you, not make you wrong and give you awful customer service.
