Today was the first time my husband and I went to fit spa and we have nothing but great things to say about this place! We used the infrared sauna and it was extremely relaxing! The inside of the spa is beautifully displayed and simply gorgeous, the equipment was top notch and did exactly what I was hoping it would! After the 30 minute session my face was purging post acne marks noticeably. After 20 minutes the marks faded away to a much clearer complexion! I will be revisiting the spa forsure ( thank you to Wendy- I ran out the door because my face was so red but I wanted you to know how much I loved the spa and I will be back soon!)

I went to Fit America Weight Loss Spa to get one of their organic spray tans. It was absolutely beautiful and lasted longer than any spray tan I have ever gotten. The owner, Wendy Neely, walked me around the entire facility and introduced me to their Inferred Spa and other weight loss equipment. Her staff is so kind, welcoming, trained and knowledgeable. I can not wait to schedule my next appointment. Thank you Fit America!!

The snacks and protein bars are awesome! There is a good selection of different kinds! Looking forward to trying the infrared suana!

I just had baby #2 (8 months ago) and I’m proud to say that I weigh 135 and I look and feel fantastic! This is in no small part to the healthy lifestyle that I adopted as a member of Fit America. Wendy taught me how to eat clean, meal prep, prioritize self care and SO much more after baby #1. I went into my second pregnancy in the best shape of my life....so the weight was much easier to loose this time. People ask me about my “diet” but I always say I don’t follow one because clean eating is my life. I never feel deprived. I don’t count calories. I love every bite I consume because the foods I cook are so delicious that I now prefer to “eat in” rather than go out. If you have unwanted pounds you’d like to shed, choose Fit America. Wendy will help you get on track with a plan made just for you to suit your needs. She will hold you accountable in a loving way and cheer you on towards your goals. You will be thankful that you invested in yourself! I know I am forever thankful.
