A friend sent me a flower arrangement and chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday. The strawberries were fine. The flower arrangement was delivered on Saturday and was dying by Tuesday....3 days after delivery. I called flowerama on Wednesday and spoke to Angie. I told her the flowers were basically dead and had started to droop 3 days after delivery. I told her she can refund the sender her money back minus the strawberries. She told me they'd rather not she can send me a arrangement that was very similar. I wasn't thrilled about her offer after the first arrangement didn't do well but that is what they wanted to offer so I said okay. The flower came once we unwrapped them they sent me a arrangement with basically carnations and some other cheap flowers, with mostly all greenery. I was not at all happy with the replacement arrangement because clearly the value was not comparable and they were no where near as full and expensive as the first arrangement. I immediately called back and spoke to Angoe again and told her I was not satisfied with the replacement and I would bring them back to them and they could just refund the sender. Angie told me no do not bring th back and she would have to tell the owner on the next business day that I was not satisfied. The next day comes and I don't hear from the owner. I called later that day and was told the owner was not available. I told the gentlemen on the phone that I was told she would be calling me that day but asked of he could leave her a message. He left her a message and no call back. I then called back the next day and she was still not available. Finally Saturday rolls around and Patti the owner calls me. She told me which she was and I started to explain the issue to her. She cut me off and told me she her my story from all her staff and basically did not need to hear it from me. Everytime I tried to talk she cut me off. She told me she was busy with a wedding and therefore couldn't get back to me until 3 days later. I told her that's understandable but I would just like to explain my issue. She again cut me off. I told her she clearly was not interested in hearing anything I had to say so if she could just refund the sender for the flowers I would be happy. She proceeded to tell me that the sender needed to call her not ne the recipient. Our family will not use this business and I hope those of you that read my review does not either. I didn't bother calling my friend the sender to tell her to try to retrieve her money because I know she doesn't need the extra stress to get a refund. The best remedy to a situation like this is to take your business elsewhere. My family, friends, and myself have chosen to do so because there is no true customer service at this place of business. Buyer be aware. If you are shopping online and having something sent to a loved one it may not be what it appeared and think about how many people will not call to tell you the flowere were horrible. It makes one seem ungrateful so they keep them and businesses like flowerama get away with it. Patti please do better I know you can. Thank you.nnPatti, thanks for your response I figure a honest review would get your attention. You said it best...you would think a small business would do better to survive during a pandemic. Don't use the pandemic as an excuse to deliver poor quality gifts to customers. The replacement arrangement was no where comparable to the original arrangement as I was told it would be. It was carnations and greenery with 2 other totally closed flowers. When I reached out to you to try to resolve the issue you didn't want to hear a word I had to say. You continued to cut me off and tell me you know my story without even talking to me. I'm not interested in what you have to say now and my money won't support your business. I do believe you should do better for other customers because after reading your reviews I am not the first dissatisfied customer and based on how you handled my situation I'm sure I will not be the last. I do wish you success in the future.

I ordered an arrangement for my boyfriends mother. The arrangement is alright, except it's not what I ordered. Like at all, not even close. I paid a good amount of money for this arrangement and I didn't even get the one I wanted. Disappointed to say the least. I get if they didn't have the flowers, but why not call and ask what else I would want? I wanted pink flowers because that's her favorite color, and the one I received has three total. I felt like crying.

Received flowers from here last Friday a week later and they look even prettier than they did when i first got them!! They are the prettiest and the longest lasting flowers I have ever gotten!

Stopped in to get flowers for my daughter’s 16th Birthday. She loves sunflowers so the very helpful employee made up an awesome arrangement for me and I was on my way in 10 minutes. Great service and the arrangement looked beautiful!
