This store was an absolute nightmare. I walked in casually without an appointment and was told an hour wait, no problem I understand. I come back within an hour and it was another 45 minutes before someone would even see me. I little irritating but ya know it’s find. Everything is smooth until they have a problem scanning f the device into their system. The system wouldn’t take the serial number. They try for another 45 minutes until they say sorry we can’t do anything you’ll have to come back another day. So I waited two and a half hours for nothing other than a half hearted apology. They took my name and number and said they’ll get back to me when the system was up they didn’t, so I called them a week later and everything’s fine and they’re out of stock of what I was going to be purchasing. Terrible customer service and staff. Won’t be back to this location.

The worst service i ever had in my entire life....the manager Tosha shouldnt even be employed there let alone be in a manager position....i have been with sprint for 20 years but will change just because of her rudeness and imability to help with my situation
Andrew and Kira are amazing ! Very friendly. Helpful. Knowledgeable. They spent time helping out my parents to make sure everything was taken care of on their new phones. They were very personable. I’d definitely recommend asking for one of them !
