I loved this place. Couldn't find certain movies anywhere local and they had all i needed in store.

When I knew about this place, I thought it was going to be like a hot-topic-themed store. When I walked in, the place looked amazing! The associates were nice and they go around to see if you need anything, the setups were clean and been organized correctly, and the many vintage items they had ranging from NES to modern day items for a great price! 10/10 would definitely go to again.

If you don't want to read the whole thing: Rude. Uninformed. No product knowledge. Weak selection. AVOIDnnThey have a decent selection of vinyl buy it's ridiculously over priced even for the used selection. It's easy to get better prices elsewhere. They're film selection is abysmal. Don't even bother. They have a plethora of CDs but who the hell buys CDs anymore?!nnI use them only if I can't find it somewhere else. They are not helpful. They are rude over the phone. They have next to no knowledge of anything that came out before 1990. This is generally a store I avoid unless I know they have something another place doesn't.

Really awesome place. The staff are very y customer friendly every time I go there. The last time I went to this place, they were super nice. They even gave me an Exchange Experience Card so that I can get new information on what goes on at the store.
