I had to get some titling work done on my car. After getting checked in, the service was top notch. COVID-19 protocols were in effect, so everybody was safe.

AAA travel agents for the most part have been horrible. They don’t pick up there phones, they don’t return calls or emails. The manager is also very rude not returning calls and have experience with her if she doesn’t know the answer to something she needs I’ll make one up. It seems as though once they book you for a trip there job is done. It’s easier to just book with whatever cruise line your going with.

I registered my car in Pennsylvania for the first time and ran into some unexpected administrative issues. The staff at AAA was super patient and extremely helpful in getting everything sorted out.nnEven more worthy of praise, I worked with multiple staff members and ALL of them were equally helpful and empathetic. They all shared with me how they’ve dealt with these issues in the past and were determined to help me find a solution and get my car registered.nnThanks so much.

I came in with a question about registering a vehicle out of state and although I didn't really like the answer they provided, it was the way it is. Oh well. Most problems can be solved by throwing enough money at it. You can also get maps and free parking in East liberty, which is awesome. This is a very attractive building.

The staff of real knowledgeable and understanding when you're really not sure what you're trying to achieve like when do you need insurance for a trailer they're very well knowledged on making sure you get it done right the first time I've been a member for over 20 years and that's why I keep going back
