One of the worst intersections in Pittsburgh. Two lanes to allegheny river blvd. and you have to immediately merge to one. Everyone tries to race when light turns green. People block the lane to go toward Washington blvd. Plus heavy rains force closure.
Very good option when everything else has failed & your absolutely sick in tired of being addicted & are 100% ready to change.
