Giant Eagle Pharmacy is not in the business of helping people, it only wants the bottom line. My doctor call the prescription in after 7:00pm. I was on the web site earlier and read that it was open until 9:00pm. I Called to prepay so it could be picked up immediately, but was told they close in 10 minutes because of covid. Well wouldn't it be helpful to change the hours on the web site. People don't get sick on a 9-5 basis. They need to have an emergency protocol so people can get meds when they need it. So in an emergency, they can get the meds to stay alive. You would think that during this covid pandemic they would be open later not close earlier. I would give them less then 1 star if I could. The points I get for filling a prescription with them is not worth it if I am dead.

I was first in line when they opened at 9. I made I clear I was waiting in the store. They filled 2 prescription but skipped the others because they were to lazy to go through their order. Waited an extra 25 mins before I said anything. The cashier at the pharmacy desk had to go get it. Poorly ran pharmacy at best. Whish I could give no stars. Not my first disappointment here. Missed 2 buses because of this.

This Giant Eagle has sent me 3 messages that belong to someone else! They keep sending me a man's prescription, I have called twice to tell them they got the wrong person, this morning they sent me that message again!!! I really don't think these people care enough to correct it!!!!
