Diners 2+1=5 stars in my book! It is unexpectedly terrific! Although the name is slightly abstract, the food is excellent. We had a variety of yummy rolls and my kids were thrilled with the Japanese curry bowls. The spicy cold noodles have a delicious kick. Pleasant place to sit and enjoy traditional Japanese cuisine. Staff is always polite and welcoming.
This was my first time ordering. Do yourself a favor and get your Japanese food here. Fresh, delicious, generous portions. Best I have had in PGH in a long time. We will definitely be back to try some other things on their menu and excited to do so.
This was a special place that at first did not strike me as a place I would go to.......but appearances can be deceiving! The sushi in this place is very fresh and top notch! I would say this is now my go to place for sushi in Pittsburgh.
To begin with, the food here is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I had the udon soup and my boyfriend had the Japanese curry bowl. Both were phenomenal. We also had the gyoza and calamari, both of which were also great. The real star of the show was our server, Lee. He was perfect at making sure we had everything we needed, made suggestions, and was so kind and talkative. My favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh so far!
