The first time I ordered from here, they accidentally delivered my sandwich to the wrong place. However, when I came in to get my sandwich that they had remade for me, they gave me a free sub coupon which I thought was very kind of them. I recently ordered delivery again from them and they remembered that they had messed up my order before, and they delivered this sandwich with a cookie as an extra apology. Customer service is great, and special thanks to the delivery guy who was extremely kind, I wish I had caught his name.

Always fresh, the restaurant looks very clean and organized, I think it's the best sandwich available.

This is the worst Jimmy John's I've ever been to. I've held off on bad reviews for this place in the past because I like to give people and places the benefit of the doubt. We all have bad days. But no, every time I visit this location I am disappointed. The only reason there are two stars is because of a single employee. One of the delivery guys, who's not even old enough to vote is a model employee. Seriously this kid is a role model for even the manager. Keep it up kid!

With chains like Jimmy John's, you expect some kind of consistency between restaurants, which is why it was really surprising when we ordered an extra long Beach Club sub and it had almost no avocado on it. When we tried talking to an employee about it, we were informed that 1 tablespoon of avocado spread is their portion for an extra long sub. It was pretty disappointing, and this will probably be our last order from them because you can do so much better for $14.

First time ordering with my office mate for lunch. Ordered before noon it is 1:41pm and food is not here yet. When called an hour ago it would have been nice to be advised then that it would another hour and apologize for being short staffed and offer a refund so we could order elsewhere, and other people could get service faster maybe. I have worked in fast food/restaurants and bars and people that answer the phone with the attitude if thats the way it goes with no empathy. I don;t know I guess I am hangry but I just don't understand customer service anymore.
