My fiancé and I love ORRS. We got recommended through our friends and we are glad we went there! We previously had bad experience with another jeweler. Britain treated us with respect and she is very knowledgeable about everything! Everyone there was amazing ! Definitely recommending Orrs to everyone we know!

I called for them to check a Rolex yacht mastern42 that they never had in stock for past 2 yearsnA lady told me they can’t authenticate because it wasn’t purchased from them. So when I want to buy the watch ya didn’t have it and when I want to check it ya no going help me ima call Rolex n complaint about your placenThe watch cost me 31k n they can’t check it for me

I recently went back to wearing analog watches after having a Fitbit for 3 years so I needed to get the batteries replaced. I went to Orr's because the watch shop I have used in the past was closed for lunch and no one was answering the phone. I am so glad that that happened because everyone at Orr's was so nice and attentive, even for something as small as watch battery replacement. If I ever need anything again I'm going straight to them!

Tooky engagement ring to them because the diamond was coming loose. Boy am I glad I did. The diamond popped right out of the setting. They did a beautiful job repairing the ring and it is shining like it did 22 years ago. While there we also had my husband's ring downsized. You can't even tell they did. Great place. I highly recommend them.

Amazing store. Incredible watch selection. Wonderful sales associates that walked me through each brand. DIdn't by this time (first time in) but will be back very soon!
