Rob and Kyle were simply the best to work with when designing my engagement ring and wedding band. I went in to discuss a jewelry repair. The person who met me explained very clearly why a lasting repair would be difficult due to the construction of the necklace's other links, and he recommended that I consider carefully whether I wanted to pay for a repair. I was impressed with their advice and that gave me a lot of confidence in their services.

Rob and Kyle designed a beautiful custom gold bracelet for my wife, they was very clear and up front about how much he thought that the piece would cost and delivered on time and kept me up to speed on how progress was going.
