A truly lovely shopping experience at Henne Jewelers. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, creative and skilled. It was a pleasant surprise to find them in Pittsburgh.nBy far the best Rolex selection than in most places, pearls, diamonds... And totally unique designs as well as classics.nAs I'm getting to know Pittsburgh better, it's nice to see this gem of history there.

Meghan did an amazing job helping my now fiance customize a stunning engagement ring... my ring is far beyond what I could have ever hoped for and I constantly get compliments on it. Meghan and the entire staff at Henne are always extremely helpful and polite when we stop into the store. The service at Henne is top-notch! If you are looking for a place to buy an engagement ring, look no further!

Had a great experience yesterday at Henne. Andrea in the estate department helped me trade in some old jewelry that I wasn't wearing anymore. Although I was definitely hoping to get a little more for my trade ins, Andrea did a really good job explaining why I was getting the amount that was offered. (I was trading in mostly very old, low quality jewelry where the sentimental value was high but the actual value was understandably low.) I used the trade in funds + the extra 20% and tax credit to purchase a new wedding band. Jami the sales person was amazing and very patient with me while I tried on about 10-12 very different style bands. She helped me narrow down my choices and in the end I ended up ditching all of my initial choices and going with a band that she suggested! The whole experience from start to finish was seamless. I will definitely go back here next time I'm looking for something new!

Thank you Nina! My (now) fiancée, Juliet, works at Henne, and thanks to Nina and the Henne team, I was able to discreetly shop for a beautiful diamond engagement ring. More important than her discretion, Nina made the entire experience special. Her knowledge and attention to detail gave me the comfort that I needed while shopping for a ring. Juliet was VERY surprised that I was able to pull off a proposal without her finding out; and she loves her ring. Many thanks to John, Nina and the entire Henne store family.

We had a wonderful experience at Henne Jewelers. Bert is an amazing, award-winning gemologist who knows his stuff better than anyone. He and Audrey made our appointment comfortable and fun. We left feeling entirely confident in our purchase, which is surprising given how little we knew about diamonds going in. A+ and I highly recommend Henne Jewelers to anyone looking for a great value, unique ring, and outstanding service!
