I discovered Beautiful Boutique on Brilliant about a year ago and I've been a customer ever since! Between the unique accessories and beautiful housewares and furniture, it has been my one stop shop for one-of-a-kinds. I've also been stopping in when I need a gift that you can't find anywhere else and everyone is loving their customized gifts. Definitely stop in, take a stroll, and the fun conversation with Mel (the owner) never disappoints.
The worst customer service I have ever had!!!!!nAs soon as I walked in the only lady there was giving me attitude!!! My husband told me that the person that sold him this UGLY sweater told himn“If I didn’t like it I didn’t need a gift receipt because only 2 people work there and they know what they have”!nAnd I was told that “no one would say that”.nSo you’re calling my nothing but honest and truthful husband lied....WRONG!nnThis was the first time I had ever stepped foot in this pace and it will be the last!!!!...well aside from when I go back to get money back for an absolutely ugly sweater ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21
Love this boutique! It has a beautiful and unique assortment of items not seen in other stores, and in addition to the friendly service, purchases are beautifully packaged! Melanie, the owner, and her adorable bulldog Butters give everyone a warm welcome and make shopping there an enjoyable experience.
