I purchased a sealed drink, but it was sour. I went right back in and the ahole said he didnt personally make the drink, so its not their fault. He refused to give me a new one. I filed a complaint with the manufacturer, and tried to get that store banned from selling the product. They will talk with the management, since the store would have received credit for the bad product. I went to this store all of the time, and they lost a good customer, and got another 1 star, which seems to be common for them.

The service provided is usually quick. It's a conveniently located station to stop in, get what you need, and go. However, I've had some horrifyingly rude treatment by at least one of the workers there... decent prices on goods however upkeep on both the inside and out of the shop could be better attended to.

If you have a hard time believing that any gas station could earn a 1/5 stars then we would have agreed until I came here. The inside and outside are dirty. None of the pumps have an functioning auto lock feature so you have to hold the handle for the duration of the pump. Often times credit card readers are malfunctioning, and even more frequently there is little gas left and it does that thing where it pumps gas at half the speed it usually does. Worst of all the staff does nothing to assist you, nor have they made any efforts to improve this station. It is a sad state of affairs here, and I do what I can to avoid supporting this branch.

CHECK EXPIRATION DATES ON ANY AND ALL FOOD/DRINKS. This BP location has been, for months, selling expired products. I've seen snack cakes, iced tea, bags of chips, beef jerky, and even bottled water among other things that is expired by 2-3 months. Upon confrontation, the rude employees insist they are going to throw the old product away. When I stopped there today, I saw the same expired products out for sale. They have hard and old donuts that have been out in a box for days on end. If you do buy anything, check the dates on literally everything so you don't get a food borne illness.
