Judge Daniel is a fair man. I was worried because I am a African American woman fighting a non-traffic ticket in Shaler but he heard me out, & decided to give a warning. I am beyond thankful and relieved!

Very rude woman on the phone. Unable to answer questions regarding the payment website being non functional. Would not provide me a method of escalation.nnAny other customer service line in the world would have fired this woman on the spot.

He was very nice ud83dudc4d the staff at the front desk was very kind. I would highly recommend them!

Miserable people working here, i'm absolutely disgusted by the attitudes of the enployees. They shouldn't be allowed to deal with or be around the general public. I suggest finding a job that isnt around other people, since having to talk to people is clearly a huge issue for those who work here.

Utterly useless. They still schedule appointments and hearings like its 1975. Welcome to the 2000s. The internet and phone are much faster and more efficient than mailing a slip of paper. How do I know you got it? The cop tells you that you have 10 days. Wouldnt it be swell to just log on a website and check in? Schedule a hearing from available dates online and then enter a debit card if I need to post a 50$ bond?nnAlso, dont expect to get a word in in your own defense. This judge just yells a lot and then you get whatever he feels like. Bring a lawyer if its serious or youll get steamrolled.
