I do not want to go to this place I am only 10 years old I've never been to Shuman before I don't like it things that I don't want to ever go there I am only 10 10 years old

5 stars would mean what? Its a detention center. I used to work here and I would assume the rating would mean that this place would be a safe, immaculately klean environment, it would mean the staff were great roll models and did their job with the utmost importance and extreme urgency. But with such a flawed system on all parts, this would be a very hard task to accomplish.nnI'd say this place does its job in making room for and housing juvenile delinquents, keeping them safe, fed and washed for the tyme period allotted.
